China: Aumenta el transporte de carga terrestre-marítimo desde Chongqing

Un total de 64.013 TEU de carga se transportaron a través de una ruta de carga terrestre-marítima desde el municipio de Chongqing, suroeste de China, a destinos en el extranjero en los 11 meses del año.

Según indicaron las autoridades, esto representó un aumento interanual del 41,6%.

La Oficina de Puertos y Logística del gobierno municipal detalló que la carga tiene un valor de 1.840 millones de dólares, lo que es un aumento del 32,9% en comparación con el mismo período del año pasado.

A fines de noviembre, se habían transportado 150.901 TEU con un valor total de 27.840 millones de yuanes a través de la ruta desde Chongqing, desde que abrió en septiembre de 2017.

La ruta es parte del Nuevo Corredor de Comercio Internacional Tierra-Mar, un pasaje comercial y logístico construido conjuntamente por Singapur y las regiones a nivel provincial del oeste de China. Chongqing es un centro de operaciones del corredor.

El número de destinos finales del corredor ha crecido a 250 puertos en 96 países y regiones, según su centro logístico y operativo.
